After downloading the free app from the App Store or Google Play and creating your account, you complete a short questionnaire about what you are experiencing, for example anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties or stress. Based on your answers, the algorithm suggests the most suitable psychologist from our network of licensed, Albanian-speaking psychologists and psychotherapists. You then pick a time that suits you and book the session directly in the app. Sessions take place by video or audio, last 50 minutes and are fully confidential. If your psychologist is not the right fit, you can switch at any time, free of charge. The app and its self-care tools are free; only the sessions are paid, starting from 46 euros.
